2. Services

We provide services including but not limited to:

  • Backups and recovery services

Service details are outlined in your selected plan or agreement.

3. Payments

  • All services are billed on a monthly or one-time basis as agreed.
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • All prices are stated in GBP (£).

4. Service Limitations

While we aim to provide reliable and continuous service:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website uptime.
  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g. hosting providers, plugins, or external systems).
  • Emergency fixes outside your plan may incur additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when requesting services
  • Maintain ownership of your website, domain, and content
  • Ensure timely communication for support requests
  • Keep login credentials secure where applicable

6. Backups and Security

We perform regular backups where included in your plan. However:

  • Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups where possible
  • We are not liable for data loss beyond reasonable service negligence

7. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice (typically 30 days)
  • Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination
  • We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of misuse or non-payment

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Downtime caused by third-party services
  • Issues arising from unauthorized website changes

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
